In the military section, visitors learn more about the history of the military training area as well as about soldier’s life, which can be both fascination and destiny. The Cultural History section chronicles events from the founding of the city through World War II to today’s coexistence with fellow Americans.

Duration per tour: 1.5 hours
Prices: Adults 5 Euro per person, children 3 euro per person, tour guide and bus driver are free (1 – 15 people plus flat rate).

ELVIS tour – the whole history of the GI in Grafenwoehr

Three times GI Elvis Presley was at the military training area Grafenwöhr for maneuvers. What the people of the Upper Palatinate here in the region experienced with him and what stories happened, you will learn during a guided tour in the museum.
